Holographic Will
A holographic will is generally a will that would not otherwise be valid under the laws of a state and the material provisions of the will are written in the testator's hand.
Arizona's holographic will statute provides:
Holographic will A will that does not comply with section 14-2502 is valid as a holographic will, whether or not witnessed, if the signature and the material provisions are in the handwriting of the testator.
